I’m a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Over the last 15 years I have coached hundreds of professional women and helped them make a smart move to the right position where they could flourish and thrive. I can help you, too, take control of your future, meet the challenges of today’s workplace, and become the professional woman you want to be.

Over the last 15 years I have worked internationally with women from a variety of professions from banking and law to international development and medicine. I have experience in helping women move in the right direction in their career; from young, high potentials to mid-level managers seeking to take on responsibility and progress to leadership. I’m currently based in London, UK, but via Zoom work with clients all over the world.

I can help you advance in your career and get the leadership role you deserve, position yourself for success in your new job, or even change career track, if you want to.

Do you have the feeling of always having to do more just to stand still? Or sometimes feelings of self-doubt? We can work together to dispel those feelings and create new patterns of thinking and being. I am skilled at building confidence in my clients so that they can be their best selves.

My coaching approach combines strengthening your confidence with a practical, step-by-step job search so that you can really flourish in your next job. I am there to support you to lay the ground for a successful career transition and when you move into your new position and need to find your way in your new role. My coaching style is based on positive psychology to reinforce positive strategies, combined with systemic coaching which incorporates the environment and context in which you live and work. This means we work holistically, taking your well-being seriously.

I also speak French and German and can coach in these languages.

My book, “Smart Moves for Smart Women. How to Succeed in Carer Transitions” was published last year by Routledge. My clients all receive a copy.
