After over 20 years in the healthcare communications industry I pivoted to become a coach and mentor. I did this because I realised that, despite all the external turmoil over the past few years, the biggest challenges my industry faces (and as it turns out, many industries are facing), are internal. Challenges around recruitment; retention; meaningful career progression; and for the most experienced talent in the industry, retaining the sense of purpose and fulfilment with which they entered the industry. All these challenges lend themselves to coaching and mentoring solutions and I am determined to make a meaningful difference.

I am a multi-accredited performance coach and mentor with substantial leadership and strategic expertise, adept at developing high potential individuals and teams. I combine strategies founded in neuroscience and positive psychology with empathy and respect to deliver long-term transformative success.
