Beate Raabe - Get one step ahead of yourself

What has fascinated and satisfied me most in my professional career is when I have seen people thrive or cope through my input.

Clients come to me because I listen and in a grounded approach lend my analytical mind to what they say, offering a safe and confidential space in which they can focus on figuring out what to do. They benefit from my solid international coaching qualifications and experience certified by the International Coaching Federation as well as a full career as a top management executive.

Having worked in a men’s world in great female solidarity in almost all my professional assignments, I relate to and empower men and fellow-women alike.

I typically work with senior managers and executives and those who are aiming at or moving into this role. I also assist professionals who wish to make a change in their career and/or life in identifying viable options.

By the way, I am also a certified yacht skipper and trained mountain leader and I dedicate a good deal of my free time to making music.
