Tushima Mukherjee is a leadership coach and behaviour assessments specialist with over 25 years of experience in talent management and leadership development. She works with leaders across cultures (US, UK, EU, APAC), generations (Gen X, Y, Z) and industries (Banking & Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing & Heavy Engineering, Diversified Conglomerates, Development Sector), including Fortune 500 companies.

Tushima’s proficiency in coaching and leadership development is backed by her educational background in psychology and human resources management, 2.5+ decades of corporate experience, coach training and credentials (ICF-PCC), and certifications in tools and frameworks such as Hogan Assessments, Holding Space, and Clear Beliefs. She draws on her experience of navigating competitive and collaborative setups, and her own professional and personal wins and setbacks add to her ability to relate to her clients with empathy and insight.

She is equally at ease coaching individuals, groups and teams, and blending in insights from 360-degree and other sources.

Through this, she has led key outcomes and processes for people-intensive businesses, and been at the helm of career and competency model design. She has set up programs and practices such as a Distiguished Technologist program, and a People Sustainability practice. Her work in leadership assessments has spanned across the life life-cycle, and includes CEO and CXO hiring assessments, both for public and private sector organizations. She also serves as President on the board of ICF Mumbai.
