For more than 22 years I’ve worked in Global Fortune and FTSE 50 companies including Experian, Legal & General, Unilever, Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC. I understand what it takes to be a high performing and successful leader, having lead Recruitment teams in my early career to now coaching and developing leaders up to senior leadership level. So I can empathise with clients working in complex changing organisations and facing day-to-day leadership challenges.

I have extensive training, qualifications and accreditations in Psychology, Coaching, Health and Fitness. I’ve recorded over 200 hours coaching experience with the ICF and continue to develop professionally with ongoing coach training and supervision:
