I am an ICF accredited Professional Certified Life and Leadership Coach, and a Certified Deep Transformational Coach. I help individuals reclaim ownership of their lives by realigning with their internal compass to guide their life and career direction. I coach the whole of the person, knowing that life impacts career, and vice versa, and life and career choices impact inter-personal relationships. I believe that who they want to BE will guide them towards what they want to do to become this person they aspire to.

I see my role as a co-traveller in my client’s journey of self-discovery and connection – a companion who follows my client’s pace and direction to:

Having had a thriving corporate career of almost two decades with large multinationals across multiple countries, working in matrixed structure in both global and regional roles, I have first-hand experience with the successes and challenges faced in a corporate career. My coaching clients, therefore, know that I can empathize with their motivators, while also supporting them in any choice that empowers them.

With an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I completed my Professional Certified Life and Leadership Program with Coach for Life, USA. Intrigued by the path I was on, I went deeper to complete my Deep Coaching Intensive, a course that focuses on coaching as a healing modality.
