My values are Connection, Equity, Humility and Humour and these play a big part in how you might feel in a session with me – combining really listening to your unique experience with unconditional positive regard, warmth and doing the work whilst also being playful at times and having laughter release. I combine a values and strengths based approach and am not afraid to go deep with you in whatever form that takes.
I believe you are creative, resourceful and whole, not bruised or battered or broken (though we all feel like that now and then and that’s ok). We will together explore what’s important to you and how that translates into actions that are uniquely meaningful. You are held at the centre of this experience with care and regard. I love people and the work is all about that so it’s about bringing your values and strengths and understanding them and combining this with how these can be applied in your context. I want to help you get into your flow and ideally stay there!

I combine 24 years of experience across technology, coaching, leadership training and coaching supervision – across industry and location, in order to show up as your Thinking Ally. My clients vary greatly in characteristics, locations and roles and I welcomes diversity and different perspectives and always tries to create a safe and inclusive space – ever evolving. I will meet you where you are whether it is at the beginning of your career, leading teams, at company leadership level, globally recognised, entrepreneur – you will all be treated to a session that suits your needs. You will be welcomed in whatever state you are in – judgement is not helpful however curious exploration and trust and growth are our way forward.
I do have a breadth of knowledge however it’s important to know that I will empower you to be your own expert. I am is constantly learning and expanding my experiences to serve my lovely clients and will help you hear yourself think and move forward.
