That’s where I was 4 years ago, for most of my life I had very little confidence and self-belief, I had an idea of what I wanted in life but for me I just thought it was impossible, so pushed it all down. This held me back in my career, relationships and pretty much every part of my life. In short, I was miserable.

I just couldn’t figure it out, I knew life could be different, and I was surrounded by people who seemed to have it together, life to them seemed a breeze. How did they manage it? It looked so simple! I’d tried so many things to dig myself out of the hole I found myself in. I’d tried self-help books, videos, workshops, online courses, even the feel the fear and do it anyway approach but each time I put something new into practice I felt I was on a piece of elastic and ended back at square one.

It was obvious something was missing, what I was doing wasn’t working. Then at the age of 47 I finally found what did work, and now help other women achieve the same changes I did.
