Calling all creative, introverted and neurodivergent minds – this is gentle, supportive, but action-taking coaching to help you get to where you want to be.

then this is what we can figure out in sessions: get rid of the noise and find your focus and motivation again – with some gentle accountability nudges thrown in there, too.

As a Professional Certified Coach, accredited by the ICF, ACTP and ACCT (and holding over 1000 coaching hours), I offer professionally trained, ethically aligned coaching. I am a course addict and undertake regular CPD, including many training sessions to support my work with neurodivergent minds. I specialise in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia.

Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and cost £75 per session or £500 for a block of eight sessions.
