Coaching leaders to transform; enabling individuals to be more of who they are, and watching them step into their natural embodied presence, purpose and potential as a result; training new coaches for The Somatic School; and continuing to learn and develop myself. This is what energises me and what I enjoy most about my work.

Over more than a decade as a senior leader in the NHS and local government in roles up to Assistant Director, I led divisions responsible for budgets of up to £100m commissioning, re-designing and transforming health and care services for vulnerable children and adults.

Now, as a coach and a coach trainer, I bring together everything I have learned from leading change and transformation at the personal and systemic levels.

My mission is to support my clients to connect to and embody a deep sense of inner alignment, so that from this place they can create purposeful wins at every level: in their lives, in their organisations and in the world.

My passion has always been to serve and to innovate. I was the founder Director of an international street children charity, the Moroccan Children’s Trust, the first organisation to introduce a fostering programme in Morocco. As a great lover of music I also co-founded Chapter 24 Records, DJ’d across Europe, and produced a range of tracks including one with over 2.6 million plays.

As a coach, my work is grounded in a number of technologies for transformation including Somatic Coaching, Internal Family Systems and Systemic Constellations. This approach combines the latest psychology and neuroscience with the perennial knowledge of the Wisdom Traditions and offers leaders and entrepreneurs the tools they need to lead from wholeness in the 21st Century.

It honours me to say that clients describe my coaching as life-changing and transformational.
