During coaching, I work closely with you to understand what you want to achieve, and how you can get there in a way that works for you. Together, we will start shifting your mindset so you can develop the confidence and skills to move forward. I will support you to make changes that last long after coaching has finished.

Typically I support women in leadership roles to avoid burnout, find their authentic leadership style and thrive. I also help women returning to work from maternity leave to step into their new identity and get back to their best as working parents. As part of my work with a range of clients, I am experienced in offering support with the challenges presented by ADHD and Dyslexia.
