From my early-career responsibility for producing sales results through other people and through the teams of people reporting to me, I learnt the importance of helping people to develop and grow personally, as well as to develop their professional competitive edge.

Having worked subsequently for 25 years at a senior level in Human Resources in Eli Lilly, Mead Johnson, and Verifone – top-flight multinational companies in their industries – I have coached many middle and senior level executives in general management and support functions. I helped them develop, grow and progress in their career by developing a more competitive edge which enabled them to produce superior business results.
