As a confidence and mental fitness coach I bring you tools and questions that support you in understanding yourself better so you can strengthen your confidence. Maybe you want to understand why you don’t feel confident in certain areas, or wonder why you sabotage your goals and dreams by letting negative mind chatter and emotions hold you back.
I care about people and the goals they want to achieve and my clients have described me as kind, gentle, empathetic, and inspirational.
In our sessions together I will be both your cheerleader and your respectful challenger and my coaching approach is practical, solution focused and holistic, but remember, you and your needs are always at the centre of every session.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my children and grandchildren, going for walks in nature, travelling, seeing my friends for a coffee, drink or dinner, getting involved in positive local discussions and being part of the community by giving back as a volunteer.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve been privileged to work with 1000’s of people and was delighted when I received both a Trainer of the year and then Coach of the year award. A published author who co-wrote a number 1 personal development bestseller, 16 Seconds, in 2021.
