Throughout my years in the NHS, I was passionate about supporting healthcare professionals in their professional development journey. Through a blend of coaching, mentoring and restorative supervision I saw people become more aware of themselves moving from potential to performance in leadership and specialist posts.
As an Accredited Certified Coach (ICF) and Motivational Maps Licensed Practitioner I now work independently with healthcare professionals enabling them to transition through their career.

Coaching gives you time for you to think about what you want to achieve in your career. Mentoring gives you the opportunity to work with an experienced colleague who can give you a confidential space to talk about your beliefs and values. Restorative Supervision gives you a confidential space to talk about what keeps you awake at night. What would you not even say to your best friend about your worries for fear of looking silly?
