I am an insightful and compassionate personal development coach, who has been involved in the non-profit sector for almost 10 years. I work with a spectrum of clients across age groups and cultures, particularly with women, creatives, and immigrant professionals.

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I help people navigate transition, explore career change, and improve communication in a safe and inclusive space. I bring diverse knowledge and a strength-based approach to my clients that incorporates positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, and mindfulness.
