Beyond my professional pursuits, I cherish moments at home with my family. On Saturdays, you’ll often find me either immersed in the serenity of underwater scuba diving or embarking on new adventures atop my motorbike.

Star Power Coaching

Star Power Coaching is a special space for Executives who want to focus on a specific topic or requirement, such as formulating a strategy for a problematic situation or dealing with a team member. You have 90 minutes to get into the challenges, run through scenarios, and explore new perspectives.

Executive Thinking Space

Do you need a safe space to think, contemplate options or reflect on a situation? Not sure how to proceed? Are limiting beliefs or imposter syndrome holding you back; would you like to develop executive presence? Here is your safe and constructive space to explore possibilities that will bring you closer to your goals. I will support you with the latest evidence-based coaching tools so you use this time and space effectively and efficiently. In these regular sessions, we work collaboratively on your critical themes. Our thinking partnership will match your personal and professional growth path and allow you to consider new angles. This thinking space can start with a personality assessment to form a starting point and continue with three monthly 60-minute or bi-monthly 90-minute coaching sessions (flexibility is key). Each session is followed by appropriate material to broaden your horizons, including leadership tips, management techniques, and the latest approaches. A three-month package provides a great starting point and other bespoke packages are by arrangement.

Executive Values Discovery Program

This Coaching program will help you hone your most important personal and business goals and develop concrete actions to reach them. You will identify your values and beliefs to make decision making easier and overall more meaningful. Our coaching work together will clarify your strengths, and you will learn how to leverage them. 6 X 60 mins sessions of virtual coaching via Zoom
