I am a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, the world’s largest coaching body. I am a Mentor Coach to other professional coaches. For over 25 years I have had the pleasure of working in the field of learning, helping others to be at their best. I worked in a broad range of organisations, from start-ups to global companies, and across public and private sectors – including food manufacturing, telecoms, financial services, retail and start-ups – using teaching, training, coaching or facilitation to help teams and individuals to be at their best.
I feel very fortunate to do this work. I coach people all over the world and am regularly inspired by their courage and skill and just by their unique human-ness. We are all amazing, even when we think we are being ordinary and dull.
As a Physical Intelligence coach, I can help clients to integrate their whole physical self with their thoughts and feelings in order to live and work with more strength, freedom, resilience and endurance.
