I wholeheartedly believe that coaching (when done right) can unlock magic – enhanced clarity, confidence, fresh perspectives, a-ha moments and ultimately… growth.

I’ve led teams for 18+ years and have held regional and global leadership roles in a variety of multinational organisations. I’ve led through acquisitions, buy-outs, economic downturns and restructures. Enjoyed working through the good times, and the more challenging. I know corporate business. And I know people too.

I believe it’s my high emotional intelligence alongside my psychological literacy that created my corporate success and always allowed me to connect with, and unlock the potential of, those around me – no matter their age, seniority, job role, or challenges. I bring this into my coaching and get a real buzz when working with clients to move them forwards.
