Before establishing his Executive Coaching practice in June 2021, Marc spent 24 years in the financial services sector working at one of Ireland’s largest Insurance Intermediaries serving in an Executive Director role for over 12 years.

As a long-standing member of the Senior Leadership Team, Marc led the two largest divisions in the company with a combined staff of 170 FTEs. Along with full P&L responsibility, he had ownership of the strategic direction of his own divisions as well as the wider group’s medium- and long-term strategies.

Marc has a strong comprehension of corporate structures and cultures, as well as business priorities. The combination of this experience aligned with his Executive Coaching with Neuroscience credentials gives him a deep understanding of the skills and behaviours that drive success within any corporate environment.
Marc qualified as an ‘Advanced Practitioner in Executive Coaching with Neuroscience’ in May 2021 and set up his coaching practice in June 2021. He is a fully accredited Pro Coach and is a member of both the World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience (WACN) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). His coaching practice works with Leadership Teams from C-Suite to Middle Management providing workshops and one-to-one coaching/mentoring to numerous Multinational Organisations across multiple industries, namely, Tech, IT, Financial Services, Professional Services, FMCG, Construction, Legal, Recruitment, Advertising, Non-Profit and Health Sectors.
