I’m a Certified ICF Coach with proven experience in outplacement, career transitioning, career development, individual and group coaching plans design and tailor made workshops according to companies’ needs and requirements.

As a qualified certified coach, I have developed experience in many topics such as discovering and identifying focus and direction, planning approaches for goals achievement, working interpersonal relationships, leadership, career transitions, resume writing and reviewing, interview preparation and practice.

As an experienced HR professional and Social Psychologist I have worked in many HR Soft areas such as Wellness, Work life Balance, Career Development and Succession Planning, Work climate and Coaching Plans for Managers and Executives. Implemented different projects to assist individuals and companies in achieving a caring, empathic, joyful and results driven place to work.

As a Bilingual professional and Eng/Spa Translator I can provide services in both languages written and oral, those being Coaching, mentoring, translations and presentations.
