Hi, I’m Annamie. I’m a Neuroscience-led Leadership Coach and mind-strength trainer. I help clients create a professional life that aligns with their personal values and build the resilience and mindset to meet life and work challenges positively and calmly.

When I started work I was catapulted into early leadership with no training, no guidance and no support. I had to make it up as I went along. The consequence was overwhelm and misery with long-term consequences for my confidence and self-belief.
Eventually I found my way. At the heart of the journey was building a better understanding of myself, my strengths and my values; developing the tools to overcome the saboteurs and beliefs that were holding me back; and, fundamentally, knowing where my purpose lay. Now I use my coaching knowledge and real-world experience to help clients create happier and more rewarding lives.
