I believe passionately in people. My natural curiosity means that I am relentless when seeking to understand and am fascinated why we so often struggle to expand the view we have of ourselves. I’m all too aware that, as individuals, we have a gap between what and who we really are, and our potential. This is why I work by partnering with the whole person (and not just their thinking) – in an attempt to lessen that gap.

Through understanding what thinking partners want from a coaching agreement, we decide on the right balance of both support and challenge so they can go to the edge of their thinking and what they thought was possible. In doing so, we cultivate a safe, judgement free and inclusive space, where we are heard, and expression is welcomed enabling individuals to step into their courage to discern what they really want for themselves moving forwards.
